Orders & Payment
All prices displayed are in EUR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is required in full before an item is shipped or released for collection. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout.

 

Availability
As many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind, availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed. In the rare case an item has sold prior to your order being processed, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

 

Shipping & Collection
Items may be shipped internationally or collected in person from our Bruges location by prior arrangement. Shipping costs, timelines and insurance options will be confirmed at checkout or upon request for larger or fragile pieces.

 

Returns
Given the unique nature of our collection, we assess return requests on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt if you have any concerns about your purchase.
